ORDERING AND PAYING
To purchase an item click the "Buy Now" button on the page with the item's description. You will be taken to your shopping cart. You do not have to stop shopping at this stage, simply choose to go back to the drink me, alice website if you want to continue shopping.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, bank-account funded Paypal accounts through Paypal Australia Pty Ltd. Due to the large number of Money Order purchases placed that do not get filled, we no longer offer Money Order as a payment option. We reccomended those without credit or debit cards use bank-account funded Paypal accounts, which are free and quick to set up.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.




DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME
drink me, alice offers three types of delivery solutions.

International $11.50 No Up to 15 working days for most countries

Normal is a great cost effective delivery solution but unfortunately drink me, alice cannot be held responsible for orders sent via this method that get lost or damaged during transit. This is why we reccomend choosing Express Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives quickly and comes with a tracking number.

drink me, alice jewellery is handcrafted and made to order. Production time for each piece takes up to 5 working days before it is sent out. If you are needing a piece for a specific date, please plan ahead. In the event that there will be a delay in delivery, we will contact you via e-mail.

If you haven't received your parcel within a reasonable amount of time, do not hesitate to email and where available, we will have your parcel tracked for you.




REPAIRS POLICY
At drink me, alice we pride ourselves on providing inexpensive and fun jewellery of the highest quality. We stand by the quality of all of our pieces, and in the event of breakage or damage that was not due to gross mistreatment, we will repair items for free, for life.




RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to exchange or refund on items (excluding postage) that are faulty or do not match the sample image and description shown, in compliance with the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act.

Exchange and refund requests must be processed within 14 days of purchase. Please choose your item carefully as drink me, alice does not exchange or refund for change of mind. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed on the terms that the item is in original, saleable condition, and your original receipt is enclosed.
